RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Panda Carrier
1. General Policy
Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions as stated below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be issued if:
- Service is cancelled by Panda Carrier
- Service cannot be fulfilled
- Duplicate payment made
3. Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be given if:
- Customer cancels after service has started
- Incorrect information provided by customer
- Failed delivery due to recipient unavailable
- Delays caused by external factors
4. Damage or Loss Claims
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours after delivery
- Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
- Compensation is subject to internal assessment
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refund will be made via original payment method
6. Cancellation Charges
- Same-day cancellation: Up to 50% charge
- After dispatch: No refund
