RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Panda Carrier

1. General Policy

Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions as stated below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued if:

  • Service is cancelled by Panda Carrier
  • Service cannot be fulfilled
  • Duplicate payment made

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be given if:

  • Customer cancels after service has started
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  • Failed delivery due to recipient unavailable
  • Delays caused by external factors

4. Damage or Loss Claims

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours after delivery
  • Proof (photos/videos) must be provided
  • Compensation is subject to internal assessment

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refund will be made via original payment method

6. Cancellation Charges

  • Same-day cancellation: Up to 50% charge
  • After dispatch: No refund
